We are very excited to announce The 4th Annual ¡Vive tu Vida! Get up! Get Moving! Health Fair.

Join us for a fun and free health fair event for the whole family!  This great event will feature health screenings, vision and dental exams, active fun for the kids, raffle prizes, and much more!  This event is generously sponsored by the National Alliance for Hispanic Health and the Port of San Diego.
