New health center to provide comprehensive primary care services to thousands of uninsured and medically underserved families in the South Bay

San Diego, CA-  Family Health Centers of San Diego announces the grand opening of its newest community health center- Chula Vista Family Health Center .  This new community resource was made possible by generous support from the federal Healthcare Resources & Services Administration, the County of San Diego , and the City of Chula Vista. 

Chula Vista Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services, including pediatrics, women’s health, adult medicine, and health education.  Anyone is welcome to seek care at Chula Vista Family Health Center . The clinic provides affordable services to all income levels, with a special commitment to low income, uninsured and medically underserved individuals.
