Are your sinuses bothering you? Do you have a voice disorder? Our otolaryngologists at Logan Heights Family Health Center can diagnose and help manage diseases related to your ear, throat and nose.
- Geriatric Program*

- Medication Assistance
Our trained staff is dedicated to ensuring that patients receive the medication they need, regardless of their insurance status. Family Health Centers of San Diego operates a full-service pharmacy at Logan Heights Family Health Center. The pharmacy accepts most insurance plans and is only open to patients of Family Health Centers of San Diego. Limited pharmacy services are available at other clinic locations for health center patients. If you cannot afford the medications or have been denied through an insurance carrier, contact our specialist at (619) 515-2417. Please inquire about our 340B prescription drugs discount program.
- Physical Therapy
From improving range of motion to helping relieve severe back pain, our friendly physical therapy staff at City Heights Family Health Center can help you get on the road to recovery. Did you injure your foot playing sports? Do your feet swell due to complications with diabetes? Our staff can help you live a more active life by providing you with medical treatment for your legs and feet.
- Pregnancy testing
Are you not ready to start a family or is your family complete? We can help you create a family plan that works for you! Everybody is different – find out which birth control method works best for you. We also offer free and low-cost birth control.
- Prenatal Care
Preventative health care for expecting mothers is essential for a safe pregnancy and healthy newborn. Regular check-ups throughout your pregnancy can help our staff of medical providers monitor the growth and development of your infant and identify and treat health problems that may arise. In addition, you’ll receive health education tips, including the importance of nutrition, to help ensure you and your child have a healthy pregnancy. We offer radiology services, including X-rays, mammography and ultrasounds, at our City Heights Family Health Center clinic. Please see your provider for a referral to one of our radiology providers.
- STD Prevention, Screening & Treatment
If you are sexually active, prevention and regular screenings for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), such as gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis and HIV, can lower your risk of infection and provide you with peace of mind. For more information about our HIV services, please click here.
