Please call 619-515-2300 to make an appointment. Please call at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel your appointment; otherwise there may be a charge for missed appointments.
Walk-In Medical and Dental Visits
Walk-in medical and dental visits are also available. The wait time for a walk-in visit varies between a few minutes to several hours, depending on the urgent needs of other patients. If there are more walk-in patients than the clinic is able to see, the medical staff will assess every patient and determine who must be seen that day and who can be scheduled for an appointment in the next few days.
What to Bring
Please bring the following information to every patient visit:
- Your insurance card (if you have one)
- The medication bottles of your current medications (including vitamins and dietary supplements)
- Your child's immunization card (for pediatric visits)
After Hours Access
If you are a patient of Family Health Centers of San Diego and experience a medical emergency when your clinic is closed, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent medical issue, problem, or question that cannot wait until your clinic opens, you can call Family Health Centers of San Diego's on-call physician at 619-692-2414.
Family Health Centers of San Diego accepts a broad range of payment and insurance plans. Many of our patients qualify for free or low-cost services based upon their income and family size. For more information, please contact your clinic directly.

We want patients to ask questions and express any concerns about patient care to health clinic staff and our management. Please contact your clinic directly to speak with the Clinic Director.
