Downtown Family Health Center at Connections
A health care clinic within the Connections Housing community, Downtown Family Health Center at Connections focuses on providing vital services, including sick visits, physicals, vaccinations and mental health counseling, to all individuals with an emphasis on the homeless population. Connections Housing, part of the People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) project, helps to reduce homelessness by helping people living on the streets move into permanent housing.
