Prenatal yoga is designed to help women move through pregnancy, delivery and recovery with greater ease and strength.

Studies show that women who practice yoga throughout their pregnancy generally have easier childbirth.

  • 31 to 40 weeks, bi-weekly*
*Open to enrolled prenatal patients in the above groups
