Orders placed after April 5, 2024 will be processed at the Q3 deadline.*

*Exceptions are made for departments or programs that are purchasing with expiring grant funds. Must meet the required 12-piece minimum quantity/design.

Notice

Apparel orders are combined on a quarterly basis to ensure the required 12-piece minimum quantity is met. Only orders that meet the minimum required quantity will be submitted to the vendor.

Terms of Payment

Staff payments are due upon receipt. At this time, only credit/debit card payments will be accepted for staff orders.

If this is an issue, please speak to your supervisor to arrange other payment options before placing your order.
