SAN DIEGO, CA — (October 5, 2026) Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) will host its 20th annual ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® event this Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Community Park in Logan Heights.

The free community event will bring families together for an afternoon focused on health, wellness and physical activity. Attendees of all ages can participate in health screenings, games, and activities while enjoying healthy snacks, live entertainment and other community resources.

¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving!® began in 2006 with a vision to bring Hispanic communities together around physical activity, good nutrition and access to health services. Over the past two decades, the initiative has grown into the nation’s largest annual event series promoting healthy lifestyles in Hispanic communities.

FHCSD is proud to continue that tradition by connecting families with health resources, community organizations, and activities that encourage healthy lifestyles throughout the year. Now celebrating its 20th year, the event has become an annual San Diego tradition. FHCSD’s 2025 event welcomed more than 1,000+ attendees and 30+ community partners, demonstrating the continued growth and community impact of the event.

FHCSD recognizes event sponsors Molina Healthcare, Sharp HealthCare, Blue Shield Promise and Community Health Group for their support in making this year’s event possible.

The event is free and open to the public.
