As the largest provider of comprehensive HIV prevention, outreach, testing and support services in San Diego County, we offer confidential HIV and STI tests. If you’re unable to pay, we may be able to waive fees or assist with insurance enrollment. These fees include tests, exams, treatment and follow-ups.
