Well-Child Visits & Immunizations

pediatric immunization

Family Health Centers of San Diego is open for pediatric appointments.

It’s important to continue to attend your child’s recommended check-ups. Although many pediatric appointments are available through telehealth, some appointments, such as well-child visits and regular immunizations, can only be performed in person.

Immunization Schedule

Immunize your little one for a lifetime of health!

Your provider recommends:

  • Starting your child’s immunizations (shots) at birth.
  • Making sure your child stays on the recommended well check and immunization schedule.
  • Bringing your child’s immunization record to every well check visit.
  • Comforting your child after shots by talking in a soothing voice or bringing a familiar toy or blanket.
