On January 18th, Family Health Centers of San Diego opened its newest clinic: Oak Park Family Health Center, located at 5160 Federal Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92105. This clinic is currently open part-time and features primary care services for children and adults. Join the Heart Health Movement
On February 11, select FHCSD clinics will be offering blood pressure screenings at NO COST as part of a collaboration with Live Well San Diego’s countywide initiative.
