If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call the Access and Crisis Line at (888) 724-7240 [TDD: (619) 641-6992], available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; call 911; or go to the nearest emergency room.
To consult an FHCSD health care professional, call (619) 515-2300 to schedule an appointment. If you are an existing FHCSD patient and need after-hours assistance, call (619) 692-2414.
