FHCSD offers primary care and specialty services for older adults at our second Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) – Oceanside location. The Center is conveniently located off of the 5 freeway on Mission Avenue. We also offer mental health services at our Oceanside Family Counseling Center located next door.
