Benefits Enrollment Center

Benefits Enrollment Center

FHCSD’s Benefits Enrollment Center connects low-income Medicare beneficiaries to programs that can help pay for health care, food, housing and other basic living costs.

Trained staff provide free, one-on-one assistance and benefits screening to help you understand your options and enroll in available programs.

A screening takes less than 10 minutes. You do not need to be an FHCSD patient or switch providers.
