Responses are monitored during business hours.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the emergency room.
- If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or a mental health emergency, please call the toll-free Access and Crisis Line at (888) 724-7240 [TDD for the hearing impaired: (619) 641-6992], which is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, call 911, go to the emergency room or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255.
- If you have an urgent medical issue, problem or question and our clinics are closed, call the on-call physician for after-hours assistance at (619) 692-2414.
- If you are requesting medical advice, need immediate assistance or want to schedule/cancel an appointment, call (619) 515-2300.
- If you are an FHCSD patient in need of a medication refill or a routine request for your provider, please use the patient portal link: MyHealthRecord.
- Request your medical records or fax them to (619) 798-3696.
If you think you are sick, please wear a mask for all in-person clinic visits.
If possible, notify your provider before arriving at the clinic. This will help ensure staff make the most appropriate disease control preparations.
Anyone 12 years of age or older who lives or works in San Diego County can schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments at any one of our vaccination sites.

Holiday Schedule
All FHCSD clinics will be closed on the following holidays:
- January 1, 2026: New Year’s Day
- May 25, 2026: Memorial Day
- July 3, 2026: Independence Day
- September 7, 2026: Labor Day
- November 26–27, 2026: Thanksgiving
- December 25, 2026: Christmas Day
- January 1, 2027: New Year’s Day
Urgent Care Special Hours
- December 24, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- December 31, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Urgent care will remain open on Saturdays despite holiday closures.
