Insurance, Leave & Other Benefits

Benefit	Detail
Medical	Medical insurance is available for residents and eligible dependents. Coverage begins as of the first day of contracted employment. Premiums for residents are 100% paid by FHCSD. Premiums for dependents are paid by the resident per normal employee cost share.
Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life and AD&D, Retirement and additional benefits are offered as per the Benefit Handbook
Retirement Plans	Option for 403B retirement savings plan with up to 10% matching from FHCSD
Paid Time Off (PTO)	20 days
Paid Holidays	Seven holidays (Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas and New Year’s Day) Holidays are paid at 8 hours. If rotation requires working on a designated holiday, residents will receive holiday paid out for that date in addition to their normal pay.
