Healthy Development Services – East helps children from birth to age 5 reach important milestones. Our team offers screenings, assessments and treatment for mild-to-moderate developmental and behavioral needs, providing support for children and their families every step of the way. HDS is located in the East County Wellness Center on La Mesa Boulevard.
