Anyone who lives or works in San Diego County can schedule COVID-19 vaccination appointments at any one of our vaccination sites.

Vaccinations are by appointment only. Walk-ins are only accepted at FHCSD Headquarters.
If possible, please bring photo ID and proof of eligibility to your vaccine appointment.

- Health care and residential care
- Emergency services
- Childcare and education
- Food and agriculture
Medical conditions include:
- Asthma
- Autism
- Cancer
- Cerebrovascular disease
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic pulmonary disease
- Cystic fibrosis
- Down syndrome
- Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies
- Hypertension or high blood pressure
- Immunocompromised state, including those with transplants, immune deficiencies, HIV or use of immune-weakening medications or medical treatments
- Liver disease
- Neurologic conditions
- Obesity, including anyone with a BMI (Body Mass Index) over 30
- Pregnancy
- Pulmonary fibrosis
- Serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
- Sickle cell disease
- Solid organ transplant, leading to a weakened immune system
- Thalassemia
- Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes
