Healthy Habits, Healthy Kids is a weight management program for ages 2-18 years old and their families.

This program is designed to promote physical activity and help your family adopt a healthier lifestyle! Participants will receive a certificate and an incentive after completing the seven individual sessions with a nutritionist-health educator or registered dietitian.
