HIV Coordinated Services & Prevention Center
Our HIV Coordinated Services & Prevention Center, located in the heart of North Park on 30th St., offers PrEP/PEP navigators, dedicated and knowledgeable case managers, HIV prevention services, information and more. We also offer comprehensive health care services at our North Park Family Health Center down the street.

- Case Management
Assistance navigating the HIV care system, including linkages to HIV medical care, PrEP navigation, medications, transportation and other social services.
- HIV and Hepatitis Services
- HIV & STI Testing
Free and confidential HIV testing. Low-cost and confidential STI testing.
- In The Mix (ITM) Drop-In Space
A social program for gay, bisexual and queer men of color ages 18 to 29 with a focus on HIV prevention and community building. Call or text (619) 806-6722 for more information.
