The Night Clinic

The Night Clinic (TNC) at Hillcrest Family Health Center offers evening hours with LGBTQ-informed providers and staff.

As the largest provider of comprehensive HIV prevention, outreach, testing and support services in San Diego County, we offer free and confidential HIV testing and low-cost STI tests. These fees include all tests, exams, treatment and follow-ups. If you’re unable to pay, we may be able to waive the fees or assist with insurance enrollment.

Free parking. Walk-ins welcome.
