Fifth Avenue Behavioral Health Center

Fifth Avenue Behavioral Health Center supports patients in developing and completing personalized plans to reduce the negative impact of drugs and alcohol. We also offer a structured outpatient substance use disorder program on-site. Primary care services are available at the nearby Elm Street Family Health Center.

    Treatment that promotes well-being and recovery through prevention, treatment and intervention for clients experiencing both mental illness and substance us issues.

  • Case Management
  • Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System

    DMC-ODS provides the beneficiary with access to the care and system interaction needed in order to achieve sustainable recovery.

  • HIV and Hepatitis Services
  • Solutions for Recovery

    An outpatient treatment program that provides individual and group counseling sessions, as well as mental health therapy for a period of three to six months. This program welcomes LGBTQ individuals and serves as the County of San Diego’s Regional Recovery Center.
