Prenatal & Post-Partum Education Center
At our Prenatal & Post-Partum Education Center (PPEC), we care about expecting parents and their growing families. In addition to providing affordable, culturally competent medical care, we educate, nurture and support parents from conception to the months after birth through a multidisciplinary team of nutritionists, social workers, childbirth educators and lactation educators.

- Baby Boutique
- Breastfeeding Education & Support
Information about the benefits of breastfeeding, what to expect the first few weeks after delivery, how to produce enough milk, how to use and apply for a free breast pump and more.
- Childbirth Health Education
Counseling to review physical changes during and after pregnancy, common discomforts, fetal development, signs of labor, hospital registration process, family planning options and more.
- Lactation Support Groups
Patients share experiences and learn from others in a group led by our certified lactation educators. Classes are offered every Monday from 10am to 12pm. Walk-ins are welcome!
- Nutrition Counseling
Counseling on healthy food choices, appropriate weight gain during pregnancy and ways to lose weight after the baby is born.
