Our online patient portal, MyHealthRecord, is now available for kids and teens under the age of 18. The patient portal is a secure website that allows patients 24-hour access to portions of their medical record. The patient portal allows you to communicate more easily with your medical provider, is accessible anywhere and free to use.
For Ages 0-11
If you have a child between ages 0-11, you can sign them up for an account that will allow you to view their:
- After visit summaries
- Allergies, medications, immunizations
- Health summary (problem list)
- Future appointments & past visits
- Lab results
- Vital signs, weight & BMI
Parents can also print immunization records from the patient portal. To create an account for your child, you’ll need to fill out a form. Ask the front desk staff for help at your child’s next appointment!
For Ages 12-17
If you are between ages 12-17, you can sign up and manage your own patient portal account. The account will allow you to view your:
- Allergies
- Immunizations
You will also be able to print your immunization records. Your parent will still be able to make appointments for you by calling (619) 515-2300, but won’t have access to the account.
