San Diego Chargers Share Community Vision in Barrio Logan
Representatives from the San Diego Chargers took the stage at our July Spirit of the Barrio luncheon to share the latest on the Chargers Stadium Initiative Project. The audience, including Chargers supporters, community leaders, friends and sponsors, heard the newest plans and observed renderings of the proposed stadium and convention center, which would hold events year-round. For all the highlights, find us on Twitter @FamilyHealthSD.
Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to this event.
Join us Friday, September 16, at Logan Heights Family Health Center for the next Spirit of the Barrio luncheon. Check our Spirit of the Barrio webpage soon for more details.
How To Beat The Heat
While it’s always sunny in San Diego, the weather really starts to heat up in the summer months. During this time, it is natural to want to be outside soaking up the sun. With attractions like the San Diego County Fair, the San Diego Zoo, Padres games and Sea World, it’s likely that you and your family will get your share of vitamin D.
However, it’s important to take proper care as you enjoy the summer sun.
