Audiology

Healthy hearing alerts us of trouble and allows us to communicate easily and work more effectively. We offer complete audiology evaluations for adults and children of all ages. Services are located at Logan Heights Family Health Center and are provided by a licensed audiologist. We accept various insurances and offer self-pay options on a sliding fee scale.

Cardiology

We offer in-house cardiology services as a way to transform our patients’ experience, making it more efficient and convenient to receive heart-healthy care.

We offer cardiac, vascular and venous consultation services that are affordable, accessible and high-quality. In partnership with the Cardiovascular Institute of San Diego, we provide prevention, diagnosis, intervention and treatment at Diamond Neighborhoods Family Health Center and El Cajon Family Health Center.

Dental

We offer comprehensive dental services at multiple locations throughout San Diego County. Our dental providers are trained in providing preventive and restorative oral health services with an emphasis on oral health disease prevention.

Vision

Our optometrists and ophthalmologists (glaucoma and retina specialists), offer a wide range of vision services to help improve your eye health, including prescription glasses, contact lenses, screening for cataracts (a serious eye condition mostly associated with aging), as well as glaucoma and retina diseases (a group of eye diseases that can lead to blindness).

Our vision clinics also provide comprehensive eye exams, including visual field testing, eye pressure, retina examination under dilation, diabetic retinopathy screening and more.

Podiatry

Do you have foot or ankle pain? Our Podiatry Department can diagnose and treat lower leg, ankle and foot problems that can result in chronic or acute pain and restrict mobility.

Our program provides you with an older adult services advocate who is there for you with knowledge and experience of supportive services in the community. Ongoing care management gives you access to:
