City Heights Family Health Center is located on El Cajon Boulevard between College Avenue and 54th Street. English, Spanish and Arabic are among the languages spoken by our City Heights staff. Patient parking is conveniently located on the ground floor of the clinic, and an additional lot with free parking is located to the east of the building.
